What is your general practice area focus?
I work with my clients to create and implement HR compliant policies and practices, provide guidance on difficult employee issues, and advocate for clients when disputes arise. I represent businesses in all aspects of the employment relationship, with an emphasis on proper hiring and onboarding, wage and hour compliance; workplace harassment and discrimination prevention; leave and disability accommodation management, and single-plaintiff and class-action litigation.
What is your typical client profile?
I have represented a wide range of clients from small to medium businesses to Fortune 500 companies across various industries, including retail, hospitality, manufacturing, banking and insurance. In New York, even employers with only one employee must comply with a variety of employment-related laws.
What is the most successful client relationship that has begun through your Priori membership?
Through Priori, I was introduced to an innovative, creative and growing business with employees in multiple jurisdictions. We have worked together on a number of issues to ensure fair, operationally efficient, effective and legally compliant employment policies and practices.
What do you like most about working with Priori?
Priori helps ambitious and high growth boutique practices like mine build their businesses and has introduced me to businesses that I didn’t even know existed and never would have met on my own.
How has Priori helped you grow your practice?
Not only has Priori introduced me to high-quality clients I would not have met elsewhere, but those clients have also become a referral source for me as I grow my business.
