Photography Release For Professional Adults
I, [Name of Adult Model], hereby grant the rights and permissions set forth in this release and authorization (the “Authorization”) to [Name of Photographer] ("Photographer"), [his/her] heirs, legal representatives, and assigns, those for whom Photographer is acting, and those acting with [his/her] authority and permission, in consideration for my rights hereunder as well as other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged:
1. I hereby grant Photographer a non-exclusive, irrevocable [royalty-fee], [perpetual] license to take, use, re-use, publish, and republish photographic portraits or pictures of me or in which I may be included, in whole or in part, or composited or distorted in character or form (the “Product”) or any Finished Product (as defined below), in conjunction with my own or a fictitious name, or reproductions thereof, made through any medium at [his/her] studios or elsewhere, and in any and all media now or hereafter known, including but not limited to [List Any Specific Uses Applicable].
2. In exchange for the right and license granted by me hereunder, Photographer shall pay me [INSERT FEE] in cash [by wire transfer of immediately available funds] simultaneously with the execution of this agreement.
3. The term of the license granted hereunder shall commence on the date hereof and terminate on the date that is [x] [years] [days] from the date hereof.
4. I hereby consent to all changes, modifications, or additions to the Product, including any changes related to image color, composition, context, perspective, foreground or background, and [List Any Specific Techniques, Approaches etc.] of such modified Product (the “Finished Product”).
5. I hereby waive all rights I may have to review or approve any Product or Finished Product and any other matter that may be used in connection with the Finished Product, except for [List Any Exceptions].
6. I hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless Photographer, [his/her] heirs, legal representatives, and assigns, and all persons acting under [his/her] permission or authority or those for whom [his/her] is acting, from any claims or liability, including claims for libel or violation of any right of publicity or privacy, arising from, related to, or in connection with the production, use, or publication of the Product or the Finished Product.
7. I hereby represent and warrant that: I am at least 18 years of age and competent to sign this Authorization; I have read this Authorization and I am fully familiar with its contents; and this Authorization shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
