About Us

Our mission is to leverage data and technology to connect companies and legal teams with the right legal providers to achieve their goals. Priori Co-Founders Basha Rubin and Mirra Levitt share a vision for transforming how legal services are delivered. After meeting as classmates at Yale Law School, they came together to establish Priori and increase transparency in the outside counsel hiring process using a technology-first approach that drives efficiency, cost savings and better outcomes.

Priori revolutionizes how legal teams find and engage outside counsel. Ranked a Chambers Tier 1 Global LawTech company and a Financial Times Intelligent Business, Priori’s cutting-edge technology powers two products: Scout, which surfaces insights about trusted outside counsel relationships to drive informed hiring decisions and D&I initiatives; and Marketplace, which connects legal teams with new talent from Priori’s vetted, global network of attorneys, legal operations professionals and paralegals.

Priori recently received the Legal Operations award at the 2024 Legalweek Leaders in Tech Law Awards. Priori was named on the 2023 Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies and received the New Law Company of the Year award at the 2023 Legalweek Leaders in Tech Law Awards, Overall LegalTech Solution of the Year at the 2022 LegalTech Breakthrough Awards and the Collaboration award from Buying Legal Council for its work with Hearst on Scout.

We are a passionate group of multidisciplinary learners and doers who are reimagining the traditional outside counsel hiring model. We’re enabling companies to make better decisions in their search for the right legal provider at the right price. Our product, engineering, sales, marketing, human resources, finance and business operations teams work diligently to build the future of Priori and create a collegial environment where we can constantly improve, succeed and have fun along the way.

Basha Rubin
CEO & Co-Founder

Basha Rubin is the CEO and Co-Founder of Priori. Basha writes and speaks extensively on how technology is changing and will change the marketplace for legal services. Her work has been featured in Forbes, Techcrunch, Entrepreneur and Corporate Counsel, and she has spoken at ABA Techshow, Women in Legal Technology Conference, Clio Cloud Conference, SXSW, Reinvent Law, SOLID Conference and Legal Geek. Basha has been named an ABA Journal Legal Rebel, Financial Times Top 10 Legal Business Technologist, LTRC Woman of LegalTech, Fastcase 50 award winner and is part of Baylor Law School's "The Braintrust." She holds a JD and BA from Yale University and is a member of the New York Bar.

Mirra Levitt
Chief Product Officer & Co-Founder

Mirra Levitt is the Chief Product Officer and Co-Founder of Priori. Mirra was named a 2023 ABA Women of Legal Tech list honoree, a 2021 National Law Journal In-House Trailblazer, a Fastcase 50 award winner, and an ABA Legal Rebel for her work using data to dynamically match in-house counsel with the right lawyers for projects. Before Priori, Mirra worked as an associate at Covington & Burling LLP, a financial analyst at Goldman Sachs and was a Henry Luce Scholar in the microfinance program in Save the Children’s Hanoi, Vietnam office. Mirra holds a J.D. from Yale Law School and an A.B. from Brown University and is a member of the New York and Massachusetts Bars.
